I. Overview of Two-Dimensional Motion Mixer

The two-dimensional motion mixer is primarily used for mixing dry powders and granular materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. It mainly consists of three parts: the rotating drum, the swinging frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by two rollers and axially positioned by two retaining wheels. Among the four support rollers, two are driven by the rotation power system to generate rotation. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank-rocker mechanisms installed on the machine frame, and it is supported on the frame by bearing assemblies.

II. Equipment Features of Two-Dimensional Motion Mixer

The EYH two-dimensional motion mixer's drum can perform two movements simultaneously: one is the rotation of the drum itself, and the other is the swinging of the drum along with the swinging frame. While the materials being mixed rotate, tumble, and blend inside the drum, they also undergo left-and-right mixing movements due to the drum's swinging motion.
