II. Equipment Features

1. Fast drying speed. After atomization, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased. During contact with hot air, 95% to 98% of the moisture evaporates instantly. The drying time is only a few seconds, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

2. The product has good uniformity, fluidity, and solubility. Liquid materials can be directly dried into powder, and no crushing or screening is required after drying. The moisture content and particle size are consistent.

3. The control system features a human-machine interface, with a simple production process and convenient operation. The speed of the atomizer is adjusted by a frequency converter.

4. The equipment is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, complying with GMP requirements.

5. Heat sources can include steam, thermal oil, gas, fuel oil, electricity, coal, etc.
