I. Overview of 3D Motion Mixer
The mixing barrel is suspended at both ends of the driving and driven shafts via two Y-type universal joints, which intersect in space and are mutually perpendicular. When the driving shaft rotates, the universal joints cause the barrel to perform composite movements such as translation, rotation, and tumbling in a cyclic manner. The materials inside the barrel follow three-dimensional composite motions in axial, radial, and circumferential directions. Multiple materials within the barrel flow, diffuse, and blend with each other, ultimately achieving a homogeneous state.
II. Features of 3D Motion Mixer
1. This machine is a high-efficiency mixing equipment suitable for high-uniformity blending of powdered and granular materials in enterprises and institutions such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, light industry, electronics, machinery, metallurgy, defense industry, and scientific research.
2. During the mixing process, materials are not subjected to centrifugal force, with no specific gravity segregation, layering, or aggregation. Various components can be uniformly mixed even under significantly different weight ratios, achieving a mixing rate of over 99.9%.
3. High loading coefficient, up to 80% (ordinary mixers only reach about 40%), with short mixing time.
4. Compact structure, equipped with variable frequency speed regulation for convenient operation.
5. All parts of the barrel feature smooth arc transitions and are precision-polished to meet GMP requirements.
