Food Metal Detector

Applicable to products in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, toys, clothing, footwear, chemicals, leather, and knitting, used to detect metal impurities mixed into products or raw materials during production and processing. For example: ferrous and non-ferromagnetic metal objects (common metals such as iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, etc., can be detected).

• 1. Can detect iron, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel metals mixed in non-metallic products; digital distinction display for ferrous and non-ferrous signals.

• 2. Equipped with a belt deviation correction design, reducing misalignment during prolonged operation.

• 3. Single or dual coil detection can be used individually or collaboratively; 7-inch color touch screen with Chinese and English menus.

• 4. Utilizes digital DSP programming design, LCD display with membrane switch touch control panel (compared to touch screens, this design has lower failure rates and maintenance costs). 

• 5. Automatically sets and learns to achieve suitable detection performance; can store and recall 207 product profiles. 

• 6. Features automatic product effect learning and filtering; can still detect stainless steel and non-ferrous copper test pieces even after small aluminum foil packaging. 

• 7. Entire machine frame made of stainless steel with laser cutting, welding, and brushing processes; food-grade white PVC or PU belt, non-metallic rollers.

• 8. Detector probe is integrally cast and potted; optimized sensor with shock resistance, reducing false alarms from collisions or impacts.

• 9. Detection records can be exported via USB or SD card (optional).

• 10. Password protection function to prevent unauthorized personnel from changing machine parameters.
