Strong versatility: The standardized structure of the whole machine and the standardized human-machine interface enable the weighing of various materials;

External USB interface allows real-time data export via USB drives, enabling immediate monitoring of production status; Provides factory parameter setting and restoration functions, and can store multiple formulas for easy switching of product specifications;

Interface function: Standard interfaces are reserved for convenient data management, enabling communication with PCs and other smart devices;

Self-learning: After creating a new product formula, no parameter setting is required. The self-learning function automatically sets suitable device parameters and stores them for easy retrieval during future product switches. (Parameter storage capacity: 2,000 entries, expandable).

Operating modes: Three operating modes

a. Dynamic mode: Normal conveyor mode;

b. Static mode: The weighing platform stops after material enters to improve weighing accuracy, suitable for products with fewer than 20 passes per minute;

c. Energy-saving mode: (Optional) Can be activated in both a and b modes. Sets an idle shutdown duration; the device automatically shuts down after idling for this duration and restarts when material passes through.

Fault self-detection: Capable of self-detecting issues with motors, frequency converters, AD converters, sensors, photoelectric components, as well as guiding detection for cylinders, solid-state relays, and solenoid valves. Facilitates inspection and maintenance by non-professionals.

Peripheral device communication: Standard dual communication ports for RS-485 and RS-232 output.

a. The RS-485 interface uses MODBUS RTU standard protocol but allows self-modification of write addresses (57600bps, 8, N, 1, slave station number 3, which cannot be modified).

b. (Optional) The RS-232 interface uses a custom protocol, allowing users to set command transmission content. (57600bps, 8, N, 1, modifiable).
