Multi-Level Roller Dynamic Checkweigher Application Scope:

It adopts continuous dynamic automatic weighing to detect the weight of items, paired with an automatic rejection mechanism, thereby achieving high-speed, high-precision weight detection and sorting on production lines. Suitable for checking underfilled packages in the packaging industry.

This product is mainly suitable for weight detection of heavy and bulky items, especially for detecting missing items in entire boxes; such as missing bottles, boxes, pieces, bags, cans, etc.

a. RS-485 interface uses MODBUS RTU standard protocol, but the write address can be modified (57600bps, 8, N, 1, slave station number 3) cannot be modified.

b. (Optional) RS-232 interface uses a custom protocol, allowing users to set command transmission content. (57600bps, 8, N, 1) can be modified.
