Scope of Application:
This product is primarily suitable for weight detection of individually packaged items, especially for detecting missing items in entire boxes; such as missing bottles, boxes, pieces, bags, cans, etc.

Operating modes: Three operating modes
a. Dynamic mode: Normal conveyor mode;

c. Energy-saving mode: Can be enabled in both a and b modes; sets idle shutdown time—device automatically stops after idling for this duration and restarts when material passes through.
Fault self-detection: Can self-detect: motor, frequency converter, AD, sensors, and photoelectric status, as well as fault causes, and guide detection of cylinders, solid-state relays, and solenoid valves. Facilitates inspection and maintenance by non-professionals.

Chinese input method
a. Recipe names can be input in Chinese, making it more intuitive when searching and switching recipes.
b. Combined with the RS-232 communication port, it can send Unicode string Chinese characters to peripheral devices. (Suitable for external printers or markers that need to print Chinese characters).
