Scope of Application:

This product is primarily suitable for weight detection of individually packaged items, especially for detecting missing items in entire boxes; such as missing bottles, boxes, pieces, bags, cans, etc.

• Operating modes: Three operating modes

  a. Dynamic mode: Normal conveyor line mode;

  b. Static mode: The weighing platform stops after material enters to improve weighing accuracy, suitable for products with fewer than 20 passes per minute;

  c. Energy-saving mode: Can be activated in both a and b modes; sets idle shutdown duration—automatically stops after idling for this duration and restarts when material passes through.

• Fault self-detection: Can self-detect: motor, frequency converter, AD, sensors, and photoelectric status, as well as fault causes, and guide detection for cylinders, solid-state relays, and solenoid valves. Facilitates inspection and maintenance by non-professionals.

• Peripheral device communication: Standard RS-485 and RS-232 dual communication ports output.

  a. RS-485 interface uses MODBUS, RTU standard protocol but allows self-modification of write addresses (57600bps, 8, N, 1, slave station number 3) cannot be modified.

  b. RS-232 interface uses a custom protocol, allowing self-setting of command transmission content. (57600bps, 8, N, 1) can be modified.

• Can connect to external printers, coders, or other communicable devices, and can also connect to front and rear packaging machines and production equipment to feedback weighing results, enabling automatic adjustment of formula parameters.

• Chinese input method

  a. Formula names, etc., can be input in Chinese, making it more intuitive when searching and switching formulas.

  b. Combined with the RS-232 communication port, it can send Unicode string Chinese characters to peripheral devices. (Suitable for external printers or marking machines that need to print Chinese characters).
