The fully automatic fruit and vegetable washer applies gentle force, simulating manual washing while avoiding the inevitable bumps and bruises caused by human handling. It provides excellent protection for delicate fruits and vegetables. During the material conveying process, after completing the bubble wash, the produce undergoes high-pressure spray cleaning. The high-pressure spray cleaning is divided into two stages. The first stage mainly removes most of the soil from the products, using top and bottom high-pressure sprays to ensure no dead angles during rinsing. The second stage uses externally connected clean water for rinsing, also employing top and bottom high-pressure sprays. The water from the first stage is filtered and reused after the second stage's clean water rinse. Once the first stage cleaning is completed, the water automatically flows into the bubble wash tank. The drainage outlet at the bottom of the tank automatically discharges muddy water, achieving replacement and replenishment of the cleaning water in the bath tank. This maintains the cleanliness of the water quality in each section, improving both the utilization rate of the cleaning water and the cleaning effectiveness.

This equipment is made of stainless steel, making it sturdy and durable. The raw materials of the equipment will not be damaged, resulting in high cleaning efficiency, labor savings, water conservation, and stable, reliable performance. The cleanliness of the washed items is more than three times higher than that achieved by conventional manual washing methods.
