The jacketed kettle features a double-layered structure composed of inner and outer spherical pots, with steam or thermal oil introduced into the jacket as a heating medium. Our company manufactures jacketed kettles using 304 and 316 stainless steel as materials. The jacketed kettle has characteristics such as a large heating area, efficient and uniform heating, short boiling time for liquid materials, and easy control of heating temperature.

The jacketed kettle has high thermal efficiency, and the temperature can be adjusted as needed, making it less prone to scorching and scaling. It is widely used in the processing of foods such as red bean paste, jam, pastries, lotus seed paste, and preserved fruits, as well as in mixing and blending in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It can also be used in restaurants or canteens for simmering soup, cooking dishes, stewing meat, making congee, and stir-frying.

5. Kettle body with stirring device: Central top stirring, with a flexible connection between the output shaft of the reducer and the stirring paddle shaft for easy disassembly and cleaning.

6. Equipment configuration: Dial pointer thermometer, steam inlet, discharge port, etc. (vertical structure).
