PA66 reinforced 70G33L

PA66 DuPont USA 70G33L is a nylon 66 (polyamide 66) material produced by DuPont USA. It has the following characteristics:

• Creep resistance: Maintains dimensional stability under long-term stress.
• Glass fiber reinforced (33%): The addition of glass fibers enhances the material's strength and rigidity.

Some of its product parameters are as follows:

• Water absorption: 0.7% after 24-hour immersion (23°C), 5.4% at saturation (23°C);
• Specific gravity: 1.38;
• In terms of mechanical properties, Rockwell hardness M is 101; at 23°C, tensile strength in dry state (da) is 196.1 MPa, elongation at break is 3%, flexural modulus is 8963 MPa, flexural strength is 262 MPa; tensile strength at 50% relative humidity (rh) is 124.1 MPa, elongation at break is 4%;
• In terms of electrical properties, dielectric strength in dry state (da) is 530 volts/mil, volume resistivity is 10^{15} ohm-cm, dielectric constant (@10^{3} Hz) is 4.5; volume resistivity at 50% relative humidity (rh) is 10^{9} ohm-cm, dielectric constant (@10^{3} Hz) is 25.0;
• In terms of thermal properties, heat deflection temperature (1.8 MPa) is 249°C, melting point (da and 50% rh) is 255°C, linear thermal expansion coefficient is 2.3×10^{-5} m/m/°C.
