Main Unit:
1) The main unit uses an industrial-grade CONTEX-M3 CPU for direct control of underlying hardware, independently developed with full intellectual property rights. It features a closed 32-bit proprietary encrypted operating system to ensure system stability and security, avoiding interference from public network viruses. It is a closed-source system with instant startup and is not based on the Android system.
2) The main unit uses dual-chip storage for data backup, with a capacity of 60,000 to 120,000 records. It provides full-process voice prompts (adjustable volume and option to turn off prompts). The main unit features a 7-inch color touchscreen display system with adjustable backlight brightness (the screen is touch-enabled, allowing all functions to be operated via the touchscreen).
3) The main unit (standard configuration) includes an audio interface for external speakers for amplification. It also has charging indicator lights and a USB insertion indicator function.
4) The main unit has ≥2 USB ports. It (standard configuration) includes a built-in imaging QR code and barcode scanner (for quick entry of tester information). The high-power, high-frequency wireless communication module offers long transmission range, strong diffraction and penetration capabilities, and large network capacity. The wireless communication forms a closed-loop local self-organizing network, avoiding interference from public network viruses. The experimental transmission range of the 2.4G module in open areas can reach up to 2 kilometers.
7) The main unit uses silicone keys with a long lifespan. It features a 4x5 matrix 20-key multifunctional design, tested for 100,000 cycles of durability and fatigue performance to ensure key labels remain clear and intact. The keys also include anti-slip features to prevent finger slippage and miskeying.
8) It supports dual power sources: DC/AC. It includes a high-capacity built-in lithium battery that allows for continuous operation for over 10 hours, with full-process battery level indicators on the display.
9) The main unit is versatile, allowing users to select and instantly pair with any peripheral via menu keys and touchscreen operation, enhancing reusability and reliability. The main unit operates without connecting to a computer and can switch between any test items without modifying the main program. All peripheral communication with the main unit uses the ANT 2.4G communication protocol.
10) Test result data from the main unit can be quickly exported to a USB drive and then imported into physical test data management software on a PC (avoiding long waits for batch uploads and the issue of PCs not being near the device for batch data collection).
