How to Use the Mining Clay Extruder:

After connecting to the 380V power supply, do not rush to start. Turn the switch on and off three times to ensure everything is functioning properly before proceeding. This step is crucial for safety—do not skip it for the sake of speed.

When preparing clay, maintain a moisture content of around 20%. If the clay is too sticky, add 2-3% sand. After adding water, let the clay sit for at least 20 minutes. During this time, check for any hard lumps and remove them to avoid affecting machine operation.

Before starting the machine, sprinkle some water into the clay chamber (feeding hopper) to moisten it, ensuring smoother clay extrusion. Use a shovel to load the clay, controlling the speed and quantity. If clogging occurs, do not use your hands—use a wooden stick to clear it.

If the initially extruded clay strips are unsatisfactory, do not discard them. Return them to the clay chamber for reprocessing. Cut the clay strips to the desired length. In summer, to prevent drying, cover them with plastic film.

After work, ensure all clay material is extruded from the machine, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to prevent dried clay from clogging the equipment.

Do not blindly choose the power of the mining clay extruder! For small mines, 5.5kW is sufficient, providing full power without interruptions. For large-scale operations, opt for 10kW directly—clay production speed and output are what matter most. Match the power according to your needs.
