Piston Rod Round Shaft Automatic Straightening Machine

Mobile Gantry Automatic Straightening Machine is an automatic detection and straightening device designed to address bending deformation of various workpieces during production. It features high measurement accuracy, simple and easy-to-learn operation, and adaptability to multiple types of workpieces. It solves the challenge of manually straightening large, long workpieces.

During the automatic straightening process, the operator only needs to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces (automatic loading and unloading can also be configured). Actions such as measuring workpiece bending, locating straightening points, applying pressure for straightening, and inspecting the straightening effect are automatically performed by the machine.
The machine uses multi-point sensor detection, achieving an accuracy of 0.02 mm, with efficiency 3-5 times higher than manual operation, eliminating the need for manual experience.

The machine features digital display of workpiece bending and an intuitive bar graph function, providing real-time display of bending values.  It also includes data collection and analysis capabilities, allowing statistical processing of previous straightening data, creating and adjusting straightening curves. Based on the degree of bending, the system automatically applies corrections for rapid straightening. Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece, the system can set the straightening sequence of measurement points according to the operator's instructions.

Customization is available based on workpiece conditions and customer requirements. Multiple tonnages and models are available for selection.
