The machine utilizes multi-point sensor detection, achieving an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm and an efficiency 3-5 times that of manual labor, eliminating the need for human experience.
Operators only need to load and unload the workpieces, while the rest is handled by the machine, greatly ensuring the accuracy of measurement results, improving efficiency, and reducing labor intensity.
The equipment features digital display of workpiece bending amount and intuitive bar graph display, providing real-time bending values for the workpiece.
With big data collection and analysis capabilities, it can statistically process previous straightening data, establish and calibrate curves, and automatically apply correction values based on the bending amount of the workpiece for rapid straightening. Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece being straightened, the system can set the straightening sequence of each measurement point according to the operator's instructions.
