Requirements, Test Procedure and Apparatus for Testing the Flame Retardance of Resilient Filling Materials Used in Upholstered Furniture

Section A Part 1:

主要是针对海绵的明火燃烧测试，通过对海绵明火燃烧时间，闷烧时间以及海绵的炭化长度，来判断产品是否合格。

引燃火源：丁烷气体火源

Section D Part 2:

主要是针对海绵的香烟燃烧的测试，通过海绵的质量剩余来判断其是否合格。

引燃火源：美国香烟

Section E Part 1:

主要针对面料的明火燃烧测试，通过对面料5英寸的燃烧时间来判断产品是否合格。

引燃火源：丁烷气体火源

一节一部分(Schedule 1 Part I)

块状聚氨酯海棉阻燃性测试

(Ignitability test for polyurethane foam in slab or cushion)

1、引燃火源(Ignition source)Pine Crib (Source 5)松木架

2、防火面料(100%fire retardant fabric)

3、海棉(polyurethane foam)

主要观察指标：

1、明火燃烧时间(Flaming time)   10分钟

2、焖烧时间(Progressive smouldering time) 1个小时

3、试样的质量损失(Mass loss)不超过60g

4、燃烧期间发生的各种现象(All cases during the test)

可见部分的香烟测试(Cigarette Test For Visible Parts)

1、引燃火源(Ignition Source)：英国香烟(Ignition Source 0)

2、非阻燃聚氨酯海绵(Non Fire-Retardant Polyurethane )

3、面料(Cover Fabric)

主要观察指标：

1、明火燃烧时间(Flaming time)

2、 焖烧时间(Progressive Smouldering time)

3、 燃烧期间发生的各种现象(Any cases during the test)

注意：试样需要按照标准BS5651：1989进行水洗程序

2、非阻燃聚氨酯海绵(Non Fire-Retardant Polyurethane)

1、明火燃烧时间(Flaming time)

2、焖烧时间(Progressive Smouldering time)

3、燃烧期间发生的各种现象(Any cases during the test)

注意：试样需要按照标准BS5651：1989进行水洗程序
