Working Principle

The laboratory high-shear emulsifier produced by Hongshan Electromechanical is driven by motor power, causing the working head to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator. Material is drawn in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The high-speed kinetic energy generates an extremely high linear velocity in the rotor, subjecting the material to intense impact, fragmentation, centrifugal extrusion, fluid layer friction, and strong shearing in the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the action of various directional forces, a powerful turbulent flow is generated. With appropriate emulsifiers and mature processes, the material undergoes repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing over a certain period to produce a stable emulsion.
