Working Principle and Structural Features: The suspension is pumped into each sealed filter chamber of the filtration unit. Under operating pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter membrane or other filter media and is discharged through the outlet, while the solid residue remains in the chamber to form a filter cake, achieving solid-liquid separation. Product Features: This machine is constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel materials (SUS304 or SUS316L), ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The filter plates feature a threaded structure, allowing for the replacement of different filter media based on varying filtration requirements (pre-filtration, semi-precision filtration, precision filtration). The use of microporous filter membranes enables sterile filtration. Users can adjust the number of filtration layers according to the required filtration volume to achieve the desired flow rate. The machine operates under pressurized sealed filtration, ensuring no loss of liquid material and excellent clarity of the filtrate. All sealing components are made of silicone rubber gaskets, which are heat-resistant, non-toxic, leak-proof, and provide excellent sealing performance while enhancing filtration precision. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with a reflux device, making filter media installation and cleaning extremely convenient. When the pump stops, opening the reflux valve allows all sediments to be automatically discharged. Reverse flushing can also be performed using clean water through the reflux pipe. The pump and input components of this machine are designed with quick-connect fittings for easy disassembly and cleaning.
