Cardboard Filter Press

Purpose: Using filter paperboard as the filtering medium, this is a compact, high-precision filtration device. It is designed for further purification of liquids that have undergone preliminary filtration and meet the required concentration standards. Depending on the properties of the paperboard, it can achieve clarification filtration and sterile filtration. Diatomaceous earth can also be pre-coated on the paperboard to meet higher filtration requirements, achieving a filtration clarity of up to 99.9% and a post-filtration turbidity (EBC) of less than 0.3. This machine is typically used in conjunction with pre-filtration systems. The product features a novel structure, easy mobility, and simple operation. The filter plates are made of stainless steel, offering resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, non-toxicity, and a long service life. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, this paperboard filter is primarily suitable for precision filtration or sterilization filtration of liquids such as beer, rice wine, spirits, beverages, various oils, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and similar substances.
