Working Principle and Structural Features: The suspension is pumped into each sealed filter chamber of the filter. Under working pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter membrane or other filter media and is discharged through the outlet, while the filter residue remains in the frame to form a filter cake, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. Product Features: This machine is made of high-quality stainless steel materials SUS304 or SUS316L, ensuring corrosion resistance and durability. The filter plates feature a threaded structure, allowing for the replacement of different filter media based on various filtration requirements (pre-filtration, semi-precise filtration, precise filtration). The use of microporous filter membranes can achieve sterile filtration. Users can also reduce or increase the number of layers according to the filtration volume, ensuring the flow rate meets filtration needs. During operation, the machine employs pressurized sealing filtration, resulting in no loss of liquid material and excellent liquid clarity. All sealing components use silicone rubber seals, which are high-temperature resistant, non-toxic, leak-free, and provide excellent sealing performance while improving filtration accuracy. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with a reflux device, making filter media installation or cleaning extremely convenient. After the pump stops, opening the reflux valve allows all sediments to be automatically discharged. Simultaneously, clean water can be used for backwashing through the reflux pipe. The pump and input components of this machine feature quick-connect fittings, making disassembly and cleaning convenient.
