I. Working Principle

The working principle of the nylon-polyester webbing heat sealing machine, also known as an ultrasonic welding machine, involves focusing the mechanical vibration energy of ultrasound onto the ultrasonic welding head. The welding head then transmits this ultrasonic energy to the welding area. Due to the high acoustic resistance at the welding interface—where the two materials meet—localized high temperatures are generated, causing the contact surfaces of the materials to rapidly melt. With the application of a certain amount of pressure, the materials are fused into one. After the ultrasonic action ceases, pressure is maintained for a few seconds to allow solidification, forming a strong molecular chain that achieves the purpose of welding. The welding strength can approach that of the original materials.
