Working Principle:

The equipment transmits ultrasonic energy to the welding area through the upper welding component. Due to the high acoustic resistance at the welding interface between the two materials, localized high temperatures are generated.

Because plastics have poor thermal conductivity, the heat concentrated in the welding area cannot dissipate quickly, causing the contact surfaces of the two plastics to melt rapidly.

After applying a certain amount of pressure, the materials fuse into one. When the ultrasonic action stops, the pressure is maintained to allow solidification, forming a strong molecular chain and achieving the purpose of welding.
