Wear-resistant and aging-resistant TPU S195A for automatic escalator handrail belts

TPU automatic escalator handrail belts use wear-resistant and aging-resistant polyurethane TPU pellets.

The TPU surface layer extrusion material is selected based on the environmental requirements of the handrail belt.

TPU comes in two types: polyester and polyether, with the following performance differences:

Polyether type is hydrolysis-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, low-temperature-resistant, and relatively less wear-resistant compared to polyester, making it suitable for outdoor escalators;

Polyester type is high-temperature-resistant and has excellent wear resistance, but it is not hydrolysis-resistant, so polyester is suitable for indoor escalators.
