Haorui TPU technology combines excellent toughness, flex resistance, the characteristics of TPU film elastomers, and protective performance, achieving comfort through moisture vapor transmission. Many substrates can be used for inks and paints. Each substrate, from nylon and polyester to natural or synthetic leather and thermoplastic polyurethane, can be processed in screen printing and jet ink applications.
Haorui 6778 TPU, viscosity 60-100, is suitable for spray inks, with very high brightness, good adhesion, and super flex resistance (when sprayed on shoe materials or phone cases, it can withstand up to 300,000 flex cycles).
Haorui 6703 TPU, viscosity 180-300, is suitable for industries such as adhesives, hot melt adhesives, and glue.
Haorui 6715 TPU, viscosity 100-200, is suitable for screen printing, heat transfer printing, pad printing, etc. (with excellent adhesion).
Applicable solvents: DMF, THF, MEK, ACETONE, CHN, MDF/MEK-DMF/TOL
Main advantages: Excellent adhesion to substrates including nylon/polyester fabrics; low viscosity, air-drying; can be used as a transparent lacquer for surface coating on leather or shoe heels. High gloss—weather resistance, capable of withstanding any sun exposure including UV radiation.
