Water Spray Purifier:

The water spray purifier is mainly used in:

Catering industry: Kitchen fume purification in hotels, restaurants, eateries, dining halls, as well as schools, institutions, factories, and other places.

Industrial sector: Oil splash heat treatment workshops, oil mist lubrication workshops, workpiece welding workshops, and diesel boiler emissions, among other industrial settings. It is also suitable for dust removal in industries such as machinery foundries and ceramics; it offers good dust removal effects for heavier metal processing cuttings, such as from grinding machines, sanding wheels, polishing machines, and for dust like ceramic powder, gypsum powder, carbon powder, wood powder, etc.

1. Working Principle:

   The water spray purifier is internally designed with a spray system. Circulating water is ejected through spray pipes and nozzles to form a mist-like space. When dust-laden smoke or oil mist passes through, the mist droplets block solid dust particles, colliding and coalescing with them. When the liquid contains a high amount of solid impurities and the coalesced particles become larger, they settle to the bottom of the equipment. To conserve water, an internal circulating water supply system is designed to purify oil fumes in the form of water mist.

2. Installation Precautions:

1) Installation location: Maintain a distance of 2 meters from the fan and leave adequate space for maintenance.

2) Connect to a stable external water supply while continuously rinsing the filter screen clean to prevent nozzle and filter clogging, which could damage the water pump.

3) Water supply under special circumstances: If installed outdoors, exposure to intense summer sun or prolonged continuous operation may cause the water tank temperature to rise, reducing heat exchange efficiency. In such cases, slightly open the water inlet valve to allow continuous inflow. The hot water in the tank, along with the oil floating on the surface, will discharge from the overflow port, gradually lowering the tank temperature. In regions prone to freezing in winter, place the unit indoors to prevent circulating water from freezing and clogging.

4) Regularly replace the circulating water every 4-7 days (if the water is dirty or the water level decreases).

5) Discharge water into the sewage pipe, not the rainwater pipe.

6) Clean the filter screen periodically. After opening the equipment maintenance door, the filter screen can be removed and cleaned regularly to avoid clogging and ensure effectiveness.

7) Monitor the spray condition. If abnormal spraying is observed, open the inspection port, remove the nozzle for cleaning, and reinstall it.
