(1) High degree of integration, facilitating automation

The main body of the pump station is a composite wound integrated FRP cylinder, which has strong anti-corrosion capabilities and can achieve a fully automated unattended control system.

(2) Small footprint, but high effective volume

The pump station has a very obvious land occupation advantage. Currently, the largest model has a cylinder diameter of less than 4 meters, and the total area does not exceed 30 square meters.

(3) Aesthetically pleasing appearance, easily harmonizing with the surrounding environment

The pump station is usually entirely buried underground, with only the maintenance hole and control box left above ground. The exposed part resembles an ordinary sewage inspection well. An optional landscape-style management room can be placed on the ground, blending well with the surrounding environment.

After being buried underground, the pump station has little impact on the environment. Even when located near high-end hotels, residential areas, or administrative offices, it does not emit odors, causing very little impact and reducing unnecessary troubles caused by environmental issues.

(5) High degree of automation, low maintenance and operating costs

The pump station can be equipped with a dedicated water pump controller to display the operational status of the pump. It comes with a built-in mobile communication module that can directly send operational fault information to the pump station management personnel, saving on labor management costs for pump station operation and achieving rational allocation of personnel.

(6) Simple construction, short construction period

As an integrated equipment, the pump station is supplied as a complete set, with all internal installation and debugging work completed in the factory. Before delivery, excavation can be carried out on-site. Once the pump station arrives, only overall installation is required on-site, greatly reducing the civil construction period and costs, and lowering the overall investment for the owner.

(7) Long service life, low long-term operating costs

The cylinder of the pump station is made of alkali-free FRP material, and internal components are made of anti-corrosion materials such as 304 stainless steel and high-quality hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, with a service life of over 50 years. The use of high-quality equipment components results in a low failure rate. Submersible sewage pumps and grilles are also equipped with installation guides for easy maintenance.

(8) Customized on demand to meet the needs of various locations

For each engineering project, pump stations with different diameters, heights, and inlet/outlet pipe positions are designed based on the relevant data provided by the user to ensure that the operational conditions of the pump station meet the usage requirements.
