Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump

The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump is a cantilever-type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. The impeller is semi-open (without a front cover plate), which enhances the flow passage's permeability, allowing particles and impurities in the medium to pass quickly through the pump cavity without clogging. The pump body is made of steel lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, utilizing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics, offering excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.

This pump is widely applicable for liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food and beverages, alcoholic drinks, organic solvents, etc., and is particularly suitable for conveying highly corrosive liquids containing fine particles. Operating temperature: -20°C to 95°C; particle diameter: ≤40 mesh; concentration: ≤50%.
