The Zero-Portable-V2 is a fiber optic thermometer specifically developed for harsh measurement environments, particularly in situations with high ambient temperatures and significant dust and smoke. The temperature probe is made of stainless steel, offering exceptional mechanical strength, and operates in a passive state. Without any protective measures, it can function normally in environments up to 220°C. The probe comes with an integrated air purge system. If needed, purified air can be directly connected to the air purge system, which not only protects the optical lens from dust and oil contamination but also reduces the probe’s temperature, thereby extending the service life of the thermometer probe. Additionally, it prevents signal attenuation caused by unclean transmission media, improving measurement accuracy. The connection between the probe and the transmission fiber uses a standard FC connector, eliminating system variability introduced during assembly and ensuring no loss of accuracy after multiple insertions and removals. The circuit processing unit features real-time temperature display and allows users to set parameters via the display window and buttons.
