A bulletin board is a VI application and an effective means for organizations or enterprises to promote themselves. It is commonly used in public places such as streets, factories, and hotels. Typically, it is constructed with a stainless steel frame, tempered glass or endurance board as the panel, and an aluminum alloy canopy. The panel can be opened to replace promotional displays.

In some institutions, blackboards are also used as bulletin boards. For example, they are often placed on both sides of corridors in certain organizations, along the cultural corridors of schools, and on policy promotion walls in village groups. Using blackboards as bulletin boards is a relatively common practice.

Commonly used surface materials include stainless steel mirror or brushed panels, galvanized steel sheets, titanium gold plates, glass, acrylic boards, copper plates, aluminum plates, cold-rolled sheets, marble, stainless steel pipes, and solid wood. The internal structure utilizes stainless steel pipes and ferrous metal profiles as reinforcement materials. Light sources employ LEDs, plasma lamps, neon lights, light guide plates, and related materials. The production processes for signage include welding, bending, slot milling, lathing, water jet cutting, wire cutting, grinding, polishing, brushing, electroplating, oxidation, etching, and baking for metals. For acrylic and glass surfaces, processes such as screen printing, adhesive application, engraving, and sandblasting are used based on design drawings. The perfection of signage hinges on the design concept and the rationality of the production process. The materials and techniques play a crucial role in the later stages of a project’s signage system completion.
