      Automatic dosing devices are primarily used in power plants for the treatment of feed water, boiler water, circulating water, wastewater, and other processes. They can also be applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, and water supply systems. By precisely controlling the dosage of chemicals, automated dosing is achieved. The core principle involves delivering chemicals to the target system according to preset parameters via metering pumps.

      Application of automatic dosing devices in ventilation engineering: High concentrations of chemical scales, such as calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, as well as biological slime, can deposit in the high-temperature areas of condensers, leading to a significant reduction in the cooling capacity of the main unit. Main Functions:

Working Principle:

‌      Intelligent Control‌: Supports manual, remote, and variable frequency control, enabling real-time monitoring of system parameters (such as pH and conductivity) and automatic adjustment of dosing amounts. ‌

‌      Structural Composition‌: Includes measuring tanks, metering pumps, control systems, and connecting pipelines, designed as an integrated unit for easy installation.

Structural Features:

‌      The automatic dosing device primarily consists of a solution tank, mixer, metering pump, Y-type filter, safety valve, backpressure valve, check valve, pulse damper, water level gauge, pressure gauge, control cabinet, and installation platform, all integrated onto a single base.

‌      Users only need to place the integrated dosing device in the dosing room, connect the dosing pipes, and power it on to start operation. During operation, it automatically detects fluid acidity and alkalinity, intelligently determines the required chemical dosage, and administers it accordingly. This factory-assembled unit significantly reduces design and on-site construction workload, essentially enabling unmanned operation while ensuring reliability in quality, safety, and on-site performance.
