Meat Plant Industrial Electric Heating Fully Automatic Steam Generator

(1) The steam generator operates fully automatically, is assembled before construction, occupies a small area, and has low requirements for installation space. It features one-button operation and does not require a boiler fireman. The design incorporates an LCD touch display with an automatic intelligent electronic control system. The operating system is fully automated, and all operational statuses are clearly displayed on the LCD screen, including working status, water level status, steam pressure level, water pump operation status, and fault alarm status. It automatically adds water, ignites automatically, and starts/stops under high and low pressure. All pipes and instruments are connected using Q345 seamless steel pipes, ensuring safety and reliability. Saturated steam is generated within 8 minutes after startup and is quickly delivered to production equipment. (2) Energy-saving and High Efficiency The designed steam pressure is 0.1-0.7 MPa, with a steam temperature of 110-170°C. Producing 0.5 tons of steam requires 35-40 cubic meters of fuel (natural gas). The boiler's thermal efficiency is over 96%, utilizing multi-pass combustion technology to achieve a fuel combustion rate of over 99.9%. The high-temperature gases produced after fuel combustion enable the waste heat recovery system to heat water to 60-80°C, which then enters the inner tank to generate steam, effectively improving the continuous steam production speed. After the waste heat recovery system, the flue gas temperature is <100°C, ensuring high efficiency and energy savings.
