Application

The product is suitable for use in clean, thin, non-corrosive, non-explosive, non-flammable liquids that do not contain any solid particles or fibers that may cause mechanical or chemical damage to the pump. Specific liquid requirements and applications are as follows; however, using the pump with viscous or high-density liquids will result in a decrease in the pump's performance curve and an increase in energy consumption.

Liquid temperature:-15℃~110℃

System pressure: Standard type is PN12 bar; Special type is PN16 bar.

 

TD products can be used for domestic water, industrial water, cooling system water, and cold/hot water in district heating systems when used for water transportation. TD products can be used in the following applications:

·Main circulation pump

·Pump in mixing loop

·Boiler mixing pump

·Gas chiller pump

·Partial flow filter pump

·Pump for constant pressure systems

·Domestic hot water circulation

 

TD products are used in industrial applications, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. They can be used for:

·Transportation of raw materials

·System pressurization

·Mixing loop circulation pump

 

Installation Conditions

The product has different installation requirements. Specific installation requirements are as follows:

·The system pipeline must have the capacity to support the pump. Pumps with motors of 2.2kw or less can be directly suspended in the pipeline; if the system pipeline cannot support the pump or the pump motor power exceeds 2.2kw, the pump must be installed on a bracket or base plate.

·Pumps with motors of 2.2kw or less can be installed horizontally or vertically in the pipeline; pumps with motors above 2.2kw can only be installed vertically in the pipeline.

·During pump installation, ensure that the tension of the system pipeline is not transmitted to the pump body during use.

·To ensure normal operation of the motor, the pump should be installed in an environment with sufficient cooling, and the temperature of the cooling air should not exceed 40℃.

·If the pump is installed outdoors, a suitable cover must be provided to prevent water ingress or frost formation on electrical components.

·To facilitate inspection and maintenance of the pump, sufficient space must be left above and below the pump. For pump motors less than 5.5kw, a minimum of 300mm is required; for pump motors greater than or equal to 5.5kw, a minimum of 1000mm is required.

·To prevent noise and vibration and ensure optimal operation, the pump should be installed with a vibration-damping base. Generally, a concrete base is used, and the weight of the base should be greater than or equal to 1.5× the weight of the pump.

·To meet different customer needs, the product is available in two types: with base plate and without base plate.
