1. Description
The 93°C quick response glass bulb sprinkler head is a critical component in automatic fire sprinkler systems, serving as a device to detect fires and control or extinguish them through automatic water discharge. It is suitable for use in environments with temperatures not lower than 4°C and not higher than 70°C, in light to moderate hazard buildings such as hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment venues, warehouses, hospitals, factories, airports, and basements, where wet pipe systems are employed for fire suppression.

2. Working Principle
The working principle of the FM approved quick response glass bulb sprinkler head relies on a glass bulb filled with an organic solution that has a high thermal expansion coefficient, acting as the thermal sensing element. At normal temperatures, the glass bulb shell can withstand a certain supporting force, ensuring the nozzle remains sealed. When a fire occurs and the temperature rises, the organic solution inside the glass bulb expands thermally, generating significant internal pressure until the glass bulb shell fractures, thereby activating the sprinkler head to discharge water.
3. Structural Features
This series of glass bulb sprinkler heads is assembled from a copper alloy frame, glass bulb, sealing components, glass bulb seat, set screw, and deflector. They feature a compact structure and an elegant, aesthetically pleasing appearance.

This series of glass bulb sprinkler heads has been tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fixed Fire Fighting Systems and Fire Resistant Components, complying with all provisions of the national standard GB5135.1-2003 "Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems—Part 1: Sprinkler Heads".
