Spray Cannon Principle:

     The spray cannon operates on the air delivery principle: it first uses a high-quality high-pressure pump and fine atomizing nozzles to atomize water, then utilizes the fan's air volume and pressure to propel the atomized mist over long distances. This allows the water mist to cover a larger area while reaching farther. The mist coalesces with dust particles, causing them to settle and achieve dust suppression.

      Currently, operational dust and localized airborne dust pose significant challenges for dust control in many open storage yards and worksites. Many enterprises previously used water spraying methods, but issues such as limited coverage and high water consumption resulted in unsatisfactory dust control效果.
