Pretreatment: Clean moisture, impurities, oil stains, etc., from bonding surfaces. Ensure substrate surface is dry and ***. Mechanical abrasion or corona treatment can improve coating performance.
Application: Apply an appropriate amount evenly onto solder points.
Curing: This product cures at room temperature with moisture; at 50% relative humidity, it becomes tack-free in about 15 minutes.
