PCB Flame Retardant Varnish AC-46 Three-Proof Insulating Paint

The Dolphyesyesyesyesyesyess series AC-46 high-temperature three-proof paint (varnish) can be applied by brushing, dipping, or spraying. This paint can be diluted with T-500X thinner as needed during use. For the spraying process, it can generally be used directly or diluted by adding 10-25% thinner.

During application, the thickness of a single layer of paint can reach 1-4 mil, allowing the solvents in the varnish to fully evaporate for proper curing.

AC-46-1 can surface-dry and cure in air within 8-10 minutes. To achieve superior chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, allow electrical components to air dry for at least 24 hours. For special safety protection during the spraying process, corresponding measures must be taken to keep the spraying area clean. Filter residues and other waste generated during the use of water curtains or dipping processes should be placed in safe containers for disposal.
