E41 Silicone Adhesive

Wacker Elastosil E41 offers excellent mechanical properties and fluidity. It is a single-component silicone rubber resin that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. Notably, it cures via an acetic acid mechanism and exhibits excellent adhesion to various materials such as metals and PET without requiring a primer. As a one-component RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone rubber, it bonds immediately upon application, is easy to operate, and requires no heat for curing.

It is low in toxicity and environmentally friendly, making it suitable for medical and food-grade applications.

It offers high cost-effectiveness and can serve as a substitute for imported products. It is an acid-release type and cures rapidly.

It provides high transparency: E41 is a transparent fluid, while E43 is a transparent paste, catering to diverse customer needs.

It exhibits strong adhesion to various substrates including metals, plastics, and ceramics, and is particularly suitable for bonding glass and silicone rubber products.

It performs well under high and low temperatures, withstanding long-term use from -60°C to 200°C. It also offers excellent electrical insulation and aging resistance.
