1-2577LV Moisture-Proof Coating Sealant

Dow Corning DC1-2577LV conformal coating is a transparent silicone resin with excellent high and low frequency dielectric properties, offering superior thermal shock resistance compared to commonly used silicone resins. It provides excellent moisture resistance and outstanding light transmission capabilities when used in solar installations. The cured coating exhibits good weather resistance and UV resistance.

DOWSIL DC1-2577LV Function and Characteristics: Moisture-proof insulation, single-component, high viscosity type, easy to spray, dip, brush, or pour. Cures at room temperature; rapid curing with catalyst addition. Features good adhesion and transparent color. Stable and elastic from -60°C to 200°C. Contains UV fluorescent agent with excellent dielectric properties. Flame retardant. Applications: Forms a durable coating to isolate moisture and atmospheric contaminants. Typically used for thick film circuit systems, porous substrates, and printed circuit board coatings.
