Product Description: BC-359 is a dilutable insulating varnish (varnish) developed to save energy and increase production efficiency.

Product Features: 1. Low baking temperature (110°C) and fast drying. 2. Wires are less prone to breakage. 3. Low cost, requires dilution before use. 4. Excellent moisture resistance; even in humid environments, dielectric strength remains unchanged.

5. Excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Complies with RULE 66 pollution control standards. 6. UL insulation system certified to CLASS H rating (180°C). 7. Highly suitable for automated operation systems.

Applications: Electrical products and electronic components, various types of coils, motors, generators, stators, transformers, relays, chokes, etc.

Usage Instructions: 1. Determine the required dilution concentration based on product characteristics. 2. Pre-heat the product to be treated until the tape adheres flatly and moisture is removed. 3. Cool to 38°C to 54°C. 4. Immerse in varnish for 10-20 minutes until bubbles disappear.

5. Allow the product to drip dry for 15-20 minutes. 6. Place in an oven for baking. The following are recommended baking temperatures and times. Adjust appropriately based on the product.
