1B51 Acrylic Three-Proof Paint Polyurethane

Humiseal 1B51 is a conformal coating primarily used to protect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assemblies that require high quality and long service life. HumiSeal 1B51 conformal coating cures rapidly, is colorless and transparent, and is also available in aerosol cans. It offers high moisture resistance and insulation properties, good flexibility, contains a fluorescent agent, and is easy to apply. It complies with specifications: MIL-I-46058C and IPC-CC-830.

Typical applications: The formed coating has good elasticity and electrical properties, exerts low stress on electronic components, is easy to rework, and contains a fluorescent tracer that is visible under UV light for easy inspection.

Advantages: 1. Lower cost compared to other adhesive materials. 2. Most products can fully cure within 12 hours; heating can reduce curing time to 40-80 minutes. 3. Good hardness, maintaining strong adhesion with bonded materials. 4. Excellent adhesion to most materials (except PP and PE). 5. Good weather resistance, cold and heat resistance, and stable physical properties. 6. The inclusion of water-resistant materials enhances water resistance. 7. After curing, it exhibits good resistance to common solvents and chemicals. Most products include a fluorescent agent for easy inspection and control.
