Dowsil SE9186 adhesive cures at room temperature without the need for an oven, making it easy to operate. It has low volatility, reducing the emission of volatiles that may affect surrounding components, and is non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, and non-swelling. Dowsil SE9186 has a short surface drying time, which can improve online processing speed, and curing can be accelerated by heating. SE9186 adhesive has a medium viscosity, allowing it to flow, fill, and self-level after application. The product offers high elongation, cushioning vibrations and mechanical impacts, thereby reducing stress. Dowsil SE9186 provides excellent bonding, sealing, insulation, moisture resistance, aging resistance, and high-temperature resistance, offering full protection for your products. Dow Corning SE9186 bonds well with most materials and forms a permanent barrier after curing, isolating moisture and atmospheric pollutants. It is particularly suitable for room temperature curing processes, such as protective coating, bonding and sealing, and reinforcing certain electronic components on circuit boards; securing components and filling gaps in electronic and electrical products; sealing electronic devices and modules; LCD module bonding and sealing, and LED module assembly potting.
