AC-41 Insulating Varnish UL

Dolf VarnishAC-41 Insulating Varnish is a clear, air-drying insulating finishing varnish composed of modified

alkyd resin.

Characteristics: Quick air-drying, the tinted finishing varnish exhibits excellent adhesion on both metal and polymer materials.

It provides additional protection against external influences, particularly humidity. It also demonstrates good stability against weathering, mold,

and seawater. It is compatible with all common enameled wires.

Application Areas: Internal painting of electric motors and coating of transformers are classic applications of this resin. Additionally, it has

a wide range of applications in the electrical and electronic fields: motor casings, excitation coils, electromagnetic

coils, busbars, junction boxes, slip rings, fuses, collector connectors, control coils, and printed

circuit boards.

Usage Instructions: For spray application, AC-41 must be mixed with thinner T200 to achieve a suitable processing viscosity,

typically applied using a conventional manual spray gun.

For dip coating, AC-41 can be adjusted to the appropriate viscosity with thinner T200. To

prevent surface drying due to prolonged exposure to air, the dipping tank surface should be protected with a nitrogen layer.

For brush application, AC-41 can be used directly.
