Humiseal 1B31 is a professional conformal coating material produced by HUMISEAL, a U.S.-based company specializing in the manufacture of conformal coating materials. Humiseal 1B31 belongs to the acrylic coating series and is a single-component coating material. It is primarily used for the protective coating of PCBA, offering excellent moisture resistance. However, this coating product is not resistant to chemical corrosion and can be removed using common solvents, such as alcohols or aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. The curing time at room temperature for this series is relatively short, typically 10-15 minutes, while heating at 60°C allows the product to fully cure in 3-5 minutes. Due to its lack of solvent resistance, the coating film on the PCB is usually cleaned and removed using a brush dipped in chemical solvents. After thorough cleaning, the printed circuit board can be recoated. It complies with MIL certification and comes in standard packaging: 1 gallon/can or 5 gallons/can, with the matching thinner THINNER 521. It is suitable for hand brushing, dip coating, and machine spraying.
