RT704F Sealant Elastosil 704

WackerELASTOSIR RT704F is a black silicone adhesive with self-leveling properties. It is a single-component, solvent-free product that is easy to use.

When heated, ELASTOSIL RT704F cures rapidly—10 minutes at 140°C and just 2 minutes at 200°C—while also exhibiting excellent thermal stability.

After curing, it achieves a tensile strength of 5.0 N/mm² and bonds excellently to many materials without the need for a primer. RT 704F can serve as a versatile silicone adhesive for automotive, electronics, lighting, and industrial applications.

It can also be used as an adhesive and sealant for covers, housings, base plates, connectors, anti-lock braking systems, controllers, sensors, converters, as well as in the solar and lighting industries.

Wacker ELASTOSIL RT704F is a single-component, heat-curing black silicone adhesive with good flow properties and high tensile strength, making it suitable as a multi-purpose silicone adhesive for automotive, electronics, lighting, and industrial uses.
