The guardrail mesh welding machine produced by our company adopts synchronous control technology. Both the welding time and separate control welding are managed by a PLC digital programming system. The input panel features a touch screen, making the machine more intelligent and rational. It is capable of one-time pressing and multiple welding operations. The advantage of this control system is that it allows for holes of different sizes between wefts on the same mesh. The welding process utilizes a high-efficiency welding transformer, with eight adjustable levels, expanding the range of weldable wire diameters. It is easy to operate, highly flexible, and delivers several times the output of manual single-spot welding machines. The machine consists of three parts: the main unit, the mesh pulling runway, and the automatic wire pushing mechanism.
