CNC Rebar Welding Mesh Machine, Fully Automatic Rebar Mesh Welder

The mechanical rebar mesh production line is primarily used for the manufacturing of construction rebar mesh sheets. 

Feeding method: The required warp and weft wires for this equipment are pre-cut using an automatic straightening and cutting machine. The warp wires are manually placed at the corresponding wire threading mold, while the weft wires are placed in the material chute and automatically fed by a servo motor. 

Welding: The main machine starts welding: This machine adopts synchronous control technology, with sub-control welding and welding time both regulated by a PLC digital programming system. The aperture size adjustment can be directly input via the touchscreen control panel; welding is completed through spring pressure. 

After welding: The servo motor controls automatic mesh pulling until the entire sheet is welded, then activates the automatic mesh connecting and output system; the next sheet begins welding.
