For large thrilling amusement rides such as roller coasters, giant swings, high-altitude moon rides, pirate ships, extreme windmills, space saucers, and space shuttles, the triaxial acceleration must be controlled within a certain range during operation to ensure the safety of visitors. Therefore, monitoring the actual acceleration of these facilities is an effective guarantee for their safe operation.
The Wanlian Yimai MT-SHOCK300-YL is a low-frequency acceleration detection and testing recorder for amusement facilities. It comes with a factory calibration quality assurance certificate from the United States, features high reading rates, is lightweight (227 grams), compact in size, and easy to install. It can be directly attached to any position on the seat using 3M double-sided tape or mounted on the amusement facility via an included magnetic base. The instrument offers multiple ranges, battery power, excellent low-frequency characteristics, high measurement accuracy, and reliable data. It has passed multiple international certifications and is widely used for the detection, testing, and recording of triaxial acceleration during the operation of large amusement facilities. Through software, the reading rate can be selected from 1024 Hz to 5 minutes. After activation, the instrument automatically records and stores the peak values of all triaxial accelerations within each reading period without losing any transient acceleration data. All data are timestamped. The instrument supports multiple start/stop modes, allowing users to start it immediately or preset start/stop times for automatic operation at specified times, making it user-friendly. Using the powerful Madgetech software, users can analyze, identify, and statistics on out-of-tolerance data, accurately restoring every detail of the facility's operation process.

II. Operating Modes
The recorder supports multiple operating modes. Start modes include immediate start and delayed start (up to 6 months). Stop modes include manual stop and automatic stop. Operation modes include threshold mode and real-time recording mode, which can be freely selected and combined as needed.
First, install the dedicated Madgetech software on the computer by inserting the USB drive containing the software into the computer's USB port and following the installation prompts. A Madgetech software icon will be generated on the desktop. Connect the recorder to the computer using the interface cable, open the Madgetech software icon on the desktop, and the software will automatically recognize the recorder. Select the instrument and click the "Custom Start" button in the upper left corner. Choosing the immediate start mode means the recorder begins recording data immediately, while the delayed start mode means it will automatically start working at a preset future time without manual operation. Manual stop requires connecting the recorder to the computer and stopping it via software, while automatic stop mode means the recorder will automatically stop working at a preset future time. Threshold mode involves setting thresholds and trigger sample counts for the three axes of acceleration in the recorder's "Properties" via software. Once the threshold is triggered after startup, the recorder records data around the trigger point and then stops, waiting for the next trigger. Real-time monitoring mode means the recorder operates independently according to preset modes or can be connected to the computer via an interface cable to monitor data changes in real-time on the display. The reading interval can be freely selected from 1024 Hz to 5 minutes. At different reading rates, the software automatically calculates the maximum operating time of the recorder based on the current storage capacity. Typically, the entire testing process duration is estimated first, and then an appropriate reading rate is selected to obtain a continuous and complete data curve for the entire process.
