Chemical Properties

1. Alias: Substitute alkali (specialized for water treatment)

2. Main components: Ca(OH)₂, activated white clay, diatomaceous earth, activated carbon, saturated alkaline solution;

3. Production method: Using natural minerals as the main raw materials, through physical and chemical processing, activation and modification, applying high-tech enhanced reshaping, fully compounded and digested with other inorganic alkalis, then graded crushing and sieving to form a new type of alkaline flocculant sedimentation agent with stable structure and performance.

4. Physical and chemical properties: Fine and smooth grayish-white oily paste, strongly alkaline. Easily soluble in water, soluble in acid, glycerol, sugar, or ammonium chloride solution. Dissolving in acid releases a large amount of heat. Relative density 2.24, melting point 522°C. Its clear aqueous solution is a colorless, odorless alkaline liquid with a pH of 12.4.

4. Used as a neutralizing agent for various acidic water treatments.

5. Used as a neutralizing agent for acidic water in metal mine tailings.

6. Used as a neutralizing agent for acidic water in electronics and electroplating plants.

7. Used as a neutralizing agent for acidic water in textile printing, dyeing, and papermaking.

8. Used in alumina plants to replace sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) and soda ash (sodium carbonate).

Packaged in double-layer plastic film bags and plastic woven bags, or kraft paper bags, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. Strictly protect from rain or moisture during storage and transportation. Must not be stored or transported with other chemical items. Shelf life: two years.
