Integrated fully automatic large-scale industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment, LSAP-F24/4000-AT Wuxi Leishi fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning, spraying, and drying integrated machine. The cleaning principle is: the ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency electrical energy into a 40KHz high-frequency electrical signal, which is transmitted through a high-frequency cable to the ultrasonic transducer. After the transducer is applied with a high-frequency voltage, it generates strong ultrasonic vibrations that rapidly propagate in the liquid, acting on the liquid medium in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, producing 40,000 vibrations per second, thereby shaking off the dirt attached to the workpiece to achieve the cleaning purpose.
This equipment is controlled by a PLC touchscreen integration, featuring functions such as cleaning, heating, timing, spraying, hot air drying, and automatic water inlet and drainage.

Operation Guide
1. Connect the water inlet and drainage for the Leishi ultrasonic equipment. The water inlet is DN25, and the drainage is DN50. Connect the equipment power supply, which is three-phase five-wire. Be careful not to connect incorrectly!!
2. Open the working tank door, place the cleaning parts into the cleaning tank, position the material basket in the slot of the loading platform, and close the door.
3. Turn on the power switch to enter the PLC welcome interface.
4. Operate the digital temperature controller to set the heating temperature for the cleaning process. Press the plus or minus buttons to adjust the temperature (default setting before leaving the factory is 50°C).
5. Operate the digital temperature controller to set the temperature for the hot air drying process. Press the plus or minus buttons to adjust the temperature (default setting before leaving the factory is 90°C).
6. The digital temperature control zone does not require setting; it mainly displays the temperature at the hot air inlet.
7. Emergency stop button: In case of an emergency, press the button, and all work will stop immediately. Check whether the emergency stop button is engaged or disengaged before starting up.
8. Click anywhere on the touchscreen to enter the working interface.
9. Click the parameter setting button to enter the parameter setting interface. Set the numbers in the boxes according to actual operational needs (ultrasonic time should in principle be >200 seconds).
10. After setting, click the work interface button to return to the work interface menu.
11. Click the automatic start button, and the equipment will automatically carry out the workflow based on the input time and temperature data.
12. The top of the equipment is equipped with red, yellow, and blue warning lights. The green light is on during automatic operation, the yellow light is on during manual operation, and the red light is on when automatic operation ends, accompanied by an audible alarm for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the red light turns off, and the alarm stops.
