I. Equipment Overview
The ultrasonic generator converts the industrial frequency electrical energy into a 28KHz high-frequency electrical signal, which is transmitted to the ultrasonic transducer via a high-frequency cable. After the transducer is subjected to high-frequency voltage, it generates strong ultrasonic vibrations that rapidly propagate in the liquid, acting on the liquid medium in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. This produces 28,000 vibrations per second, causing the dirt attached to the workpiece to shake off, achieving the cleaning purpose. After ultrasonic cleaning in the first and second tanks, the process moves to the third tank for bubble rinsing, the fourth and fifth tanks for immersion, and the sixth tank for air drying, completing the operation.

V. Operation Guide
1.Open the covers of the 4th, 5th, and 6th tanks, and add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tanks.
2.Turn on the main power, and set the manual/automatic switch on the control panel to the manual mode.
3.Enter the touch screen main interface, click on the main interface to enter parameter settings. If an alarm occurs, check if the emergency stop button is pressed; if so, reset it. To cancel the alarm, click the alarm reset button on the main interface to cancel the alarm.
4.On the touch screen, set the number of shakes for each tank in sequence. First press the number key, then press the ENTER key. The actual number of shakes is N-1, meaning if you press 3, it will shake up and down 2 times; if you press 4, it will shake up and down 3 times, and so on. The number of shakes can be set according to the user's requirements.
5.For the sixth tank, set the air drying time. First press the number key, then press the ENTER key. The actual time is N÷10, meaning pressing 100 is 10 seconds, and 1000 is 100 seconds. The air drying time can be set as needed.
6.On the touch screen, go to the next page and set the horizontal speed, fast vertical speed, and slow vertical speed. For horizontal speed, pressing 4000 means 4000 RPM, then press ENTER. The fast and slow vertical speeds are set similarly, generally set to 3000.
7.After completing the touch screen parameter settings, click on the manual interface, select the origin reset button. Origin reset must be performed before each startup operation (note: the robotic arm should have no load, including the cleaning basket). Wait for the robotic arm to stabilize at the loading area before proceeding to the next step.
8.Click the origin reset again on the touch screen to proceed to the next page.
9.Click the loading button on the touch screen, wait for the hook to descend to the loading height and stabilize, then click the loading button again.
10.Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket and hang them on the hook.
11.Set the manual/automatic switch on the control panel to the automatic mode.
12.Press the start button on the control panel to begin the cleaning process.
13.The robotic arm moves to the fifth tank. At this point, the cleaning, rinsing, and immersion actions are completed, and an alarm sound prompts. Remove the cleaning basket, place it in the sixth tank, cover the tank lid, and press the confirm button for air drying. The air drying time has been set in step 5.
14.Remove the cleaning basket, press the reset button on the touch screen, and the robotic arm returns to the loading area to wait for the next batch of cleaning. Note: The robotic arm must be unloaded when returning; otherwise, it cannot return to the loading area.
